- Only use air conditioning while you are in the room with the windows and doors shut tightly.
- Snorkel & Beach gear is only available for guests between the hours of check-in and check-out.
- Rinse off sand with outdoor shower when returning from the beach, leave all sandy items outdoors.
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
- Please replace any lost or broken beach gear / snorkel gear.
- Please report any problems immediately, such as running toilets, leaking pipes, etc.
- Please make sure all food is stored in refrigerator or sealed containers to avoid attracting insects.
- For using the Pool: Please no jumping or diving from the ladder. Also, no food, beverages, oils or sand — keep water in the pool. Also, Pool hours from 9 AM to 7 PM.
- $25 lost key fee.
- Quiet hours between 9 PM & 8 AM.
- No smoking in buildings or screened-in patio or wooden porch.
- Keep gates closed at all times so the dog doesn’t get out.
